Former Governor of Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson, and Sen. Duoye Diri were on Wednesday spotted on their knees after the Supreme Court struck out the All Progressives Congress, APC suit seeking a review of the judgement that fired ex-Bayelsa State Governor-elect, David Lyon.
It was reported that Justice Amina Augie who read the judgement indicated that the application lacked merit and the decisions of the court are final.
The judge said the applicants did fail to point out errors in the earlier judgement, contending that the judgment is final for all ages.
As at the time of filing this report, APC is yet to speak on the outcome, of the Supreme court judgment.
A viral video aroused immediately after the judgement showing Dickson, Diri, and other officials on their knees singing praises to God for the judgment.
